Welcome Sis, My name is Whitney, and I am a Specialist Psychological Therapist, and the founder of Therapy For My Sistahs. I specialise in providing therapy designed to meet the unique psychological and emotional needs of women of Black and Mixed heritage. As a Black Woman, myself, I personally understand the challenges of navigating spaces where you may not always feel seen or understood.

My practice is a place where your story matters. Here, you’ll find a safe, supportive, and affirming environment to explore and make sense of your emotions (triggered by trauma responses, grief, loss, life transitions, relationships and neurodivergence such as ADHD and Autism) and work toward the life you envision. Whether you’re facing intergenerational trauma, identity challenges, or simply seeking a space to grow, my approach is tailored to honor and address your individual needs.

Together, we’ll navigate life’s complexities and uncover pathways to healing and empowerment. Therapy at Therapy For My Sistahs is not one-size-fits-all—it’s a collaboration that centers your needs, heritage, and strengths.
I'd love to offer you a free initial consultation, which is simply a relaxed 15–20 minute conversation. It's a chance for you to tell me a little about what's been going on, ask any questions you might have, and get a feel for whether working together feels right for you.
